Shipping Terms

To return your product, you should email sofloral@outlook.com to organise return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live within Australia, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary especially with the current Covid situation.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item..


Returns

We don’t not offer refunds as our products are perishables however we do offer exchanges if the product you receive is faulty on arrival. We require a photo to be sent to sofloral@outlook.com of the damaged/faulty goods in order to process the exchange. If the product is out of stock we can offer a credit or exchange for another item. The goods will need to be returned in the same condition received.
